What's wrong with other types of birth control? I think this is an acceptable prescription if you agree not to get pregnant on spiro, but how one does that should be up to the patient. Many of us have had nightmarish experiences on various types of birth control pills; if used properly there are many other methods that are nearly as affective as bcp.
