Hi cysters. I want to thank all of you for the wonderful information here. I was diagnosed about three months ago, and began treatment, met and aldactone, two months ago. I had my check up with the endo today, and am glad to report that I am finaling feeling the change. I had a period less than two weeks after starting my meds, and although I haven't really been trying to lose weight, was down four pounds since my last dr. visit. The Dr. and I were both well pleased with the outcome so far, and although I am still not feeling like my old self yet, I have better days to go with the not so good days, and it helps me see a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope this gives some of the newbies a little hope for the future. I'm through with my child birthing days. Have two clomid babies and an oops, I finally ovulated on my own baby. They are all wonderful blessings. I want to send out my best wishes for those cysters who are ttc. Good luck. Julie
