Re: Chin Hair Growth Experiment -- My Test ResultsFrom: Kay#3 (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 26 Jul 2000 12:36:25 -0500 (CDT)
I have a full beard from ear to ear and on the chin and the neck area, plus lets not forget that mustache!! Mine is very very dark and corse. I went to my endo last week and told her give me ANYTHING for this hair, well, she told me because of the length of time that I have had the facial hair, 25 years, that most treatments can not destroy the hair folicle. It might improve some, but to destroy the folicle is almost impossiable after this length of time. I shave twice a day, I try plucking but that is just so time consuming, and electrolis was a losing battle. So until a MIRACLE drug hits the market, I will keep the razor companies busy!! There is a NEW cream that the FDA is approving that is to help with facial hair, and it should be coming out in a month or so.
