Well, 8 years ago I had a cyst taken off my ovary the size of a watermelon. Three years ago I had a complete hysterectomy and there were numerous cysts on the ovaries then. I don't know if the large size is part of PCOS but I am just relieved those stinking ovaries are gone. I still have the PCOS, but at least all the pain of the cyst on the ovaries are gone.
