A suggestion before you post...

This is IN NO WAY meant to be offensive or critical, but I Have a suggestion for people who are new (and those who aren't so new).

There are so many of us who are confused, and even outraged, by the betrayal of our bodies and we dive into this board, reading as much as we can, searching other websites for that "thing" that will make us better (or at least, make life a little more normal). We compare notes, and we ask questions. Asking questions is one of the greatest things since we know that not everyone reacts to the same medications the same way, etc.

HOWEVER - (and here's the suggestion) because there are so many posts to read through, one must (pretty much) read through them all to find that little snippit of information. If we would simply read the ARCHIVES before we ask a question (such as "What does Sprio do?") then, quite posibly we would get the answer quicker than if we posted.

Sorry so long, I just get fustrated sometimes. And please know that, AGAIN, I sure didn't mean to offend anyone! I would just like to see people get what they need from this board, and not find that they have to leave us (like Kristy) because the messages become so consuming.
