Hi, I took my first cycle of Clomid in June, and on day 4, started having severe pelvic pain, my GYN said it was a side effect, but after fifteen days of the pain (almost a burning), I went to the emergency room, and was told that the Clomid had caused a cyst to rupture on my ovary, from what I understand, there is nothing really threatening about it, and doc gave me a mild pain killer, but now it's done and over with...
