Clomid - Did anyone have abdominal pain?" I found out I had PCOS back in january and am on my 3rd and last round of clomid. I am of normal weight, and have the classic symptoms of PCOS (hair, cystic ovaries) but I am not ovulating. As of yesterday I have been having abdominal pain. When I press on my stomach area and lower, it feels like I have severe gas, even though I don't (sorry to be so graphic!)Has anyone experienced this? This page is so helpful!
