Hi Ginger :-) I REMEMBER that part of the commercial... I had the same reaction!! lol. I have waxed my legs and eyebrows before and I really do prefer this method, it got the hair off every bit as well as the wax, and I didn't have to mess with heating or trying to get the cool wax residue off. True I don't know how it works on facial hair, with my job I just CAN'T let it grow out for even a day (maybe on vacation I'll try) But I am happy with only having to shave my face everyday instead of my face and every other part of my body as well!! ;-) It's the little thing for me! lol Also for Leah, you can order from the commercial which plays on the weekends all the time or you can go to the webpage. I believe it's http://www.NADS.com. Hope this helps :-)
