Hi! The dr's name is Ricardo Azziz I think. It's been a few weeks since I saw it. You can find his info on the pcosupport website. I think he may be affiliated w/ UAB. He should be listed in a Birmingham phone book. If you want any more info let me know. There may have been another AL dr on the website but I can't remember. Hope this helps! Kristen
