Thanks Alina for the suggestion, and Michele for the info too... I
forgot to put into my post that I actually AM eating carbs, I just cut
out sugar. Lotsa whole grain breads, brown rice, and fruit still, so
that isn't the problem. Thankyou so much for responding anyway!
I am reading a few posts here and realizing that what I am experiencing
sounds like the early stages of lactic acidosis though, too... although
the symptoms are vague enough to not REALLY worry me. I am definitely
going to the doc though.
