Previous message: A: "Re: A Note of Gratitude" When my doctor gave me the prescription for the Spiro. He had told me to take 4 50mg. a day. By the time I had got home and had already filled the prescription. I had a message on my answering machine from him, telling me to only take 2 a day that 4 was a really high dosage.
