It is possible that you have PCOS. All of us have differing symptoms so it is hard to tell. The cyst being filled with blood in not a normal symptom. Ours are usually fluid filled with a clear liquid (as the result of an egg not being released properly. The best thing to do may be to go to someone who is very familiar with PCOS and have them do the testing. That way you will know for sure. The PCOSupport site at http://www.pcosupport.org has a list of symptoms, questions that you should ask a dr, a list of healthcare professionals that have signed on with PCOSupport and a ton of information that would be helpful to you.
