Re: Low Carb Headaches

I am low carbing (CAD), and luckily no headaches. I'm not completely satisfied with the Carbo Addict's diet, though I'm losing weight slowly & feel better than I have in a long time. I am concerned about such things as not eating enough fruit (since I never remember to eat it with my reward meal). I obviously want & need to keep low carbing for the rest of my life. But I'm coming to the conclusion that I won't be able to eat in restaurants & get take-out (like Chinese) since these places don't use whole grain pastas or brown rice. How do you eat low carb without always needing to fix it yourself?
