I agree, Kristy B., I've had to *carb it up* since I will be getting baseline blood work done on Monday (For the past month I, too have cut out carbs except for fresh fruits, and whole grains and lost 7 lbs). And since putting the refined sugars and carbs back in I've had two bouts of insomnia; awake from 2am on. I hate the way I feel. But all in the name of getting accurate test results, I guess! Also, Lorianne, try no caffeine after 1:00 pm. Hope it helps. Monica
