Thanks Dawn. I started chromium supplements recently, and have been adding brewer's yeast (yuck) to my breakfast. My supplements say chromium GTF, instead of piccolinate. I hope they're the same thing. by the way, I saw a book in the library recently called "The Chromium Diet" or something like that. It looks quite good, though I didn't get it out cuz I'm just too swamped with stuff right now. Just skimmed through it and got the suggestion of eating brewer's yeast daily. You might be interested in tracking it down.

Take care -- alina
