Hi Alina: there are so many things that can trigger the cravings, I found it helpful to try and determine what was at the "root" of the problem, I did well in the beginning but then started to feel hungry. After charting all the food I was eating, I realized I wasn't getting enough calories or protein, because I was eating no more than I would have had my meal contained carbs. so I ate a larger breakfast which helped tremendously, made sure I drank enough water or herbal tea, so that I wouldn't confuse thirst for hunger, and if I needed to have an afternoon snack, I would have a portion of a low-carb protein bar, I like the Bio Chem Chocolate ones, they are sweetened with stevia, and are quite filling. I also did the CAD diet in the beginning, and it really helped me to know that I could have some carbs with dinner. Good luck to you, you are definately not alone!
