Hi! I can always tell when my insulin has spiked and my blood sugar is too high because my heart races, I feel bloated, and even a bit anxious. I also feel exhausted. Then not too long after, I feel like I'm starving to death, and if I don't eat quick [usually another carb!! :o) ] then I start shaking, get dizzy, panicky, and can even feel faint.

I started using Stevia three days ago and have no adverse affects like that. In fact, it seems to help *regulate* my blood sugar - I feel wonderful! Just thought I'd report my own experiences THUS FAR. Hopefully I will continue to find success.

Love, Kristy
