Alina,

Here is a little trick I picked up....Get 4 small boxes of sugar-free Jello (any flavor) mix as directed, add 3 packets of Knox unflavored gelatin. Spray Pam in a 13x9 pan, wipe out. Pour in mixture and put in fridge to set up. After 4 hours you can cut into squares and munch out. They're called Knox Blocks. No carbs. Helps tremendously with sweet cravings.
