Hi Alina! I've always found that the trick to sticking to any sort of program is moderation. In other words don't deprive yourself of foods you love, just eat them in smaller or much smaller portions. If you want oh say chocolate cake have a small piece instead of denying yourself and eventually eating half of the cake. Chances are you'll still lose the weight and feel great physically, but will be a lot happier. Laura
