I can totally sympathize with you on this one. My poor husband felt so guilty and inadequate the first cycle we "tried", and felt bad that he had performance anxiety under the timing pressures. He has been so involved and supportive in the whole process I've been through. But after a long talk, and after establishing that his anxiety was NOT an underlying fear of having a family, we decided it would be best for me to figure out the schedule and timing, and just let him think I'm feeling frisky!! By the end of the week, he usually figures out what I'm up to, but this way there is no pressure, and we can just enjoy what should be a natural, relaxing part of our relationship. I haven't conceived yet, but the performance anxiety is no longer a part of this whole infertility struggle. Best of luck, and happy babymaking!! :)
