i am also very thin and no facial hair or any other visual symptoms. when i stopped having my period for a few months after coming off birth control i went to the doctor who right away did an internal sonogram (did you have that done?) that showed all the cysts on my ovaries which confirmed the diagosis (along with the bloodwork) that it was in fact PCOS. hope this helps.
