Julie Ive been going for electrolysis for about as long as you - and tho I saw a lot of improvement in the coarseness of the hair, I really dont think its made a difference to the volume! I guess Im lucky - I only get two areas either side of my chin that get it (at the moment) but gosh I hate it - even more than the weight or any of the other symptoms.

Since February I have been taken Chromium Picolinate and Inositol and I have to say I noticed a difference in the volume almost immediately - stopped needing electrolysis every 5-6 and go much nearer two weeks now. But after the initial improvement nothing more. Tho I havent upped the dosage. I take 400 mg of chromium an 1300 mg of inositol.

HTH SamP
