Re: Electrolysis

I have found electrolysis very helpful, and permanent -- though, just like laser, you have to go over hte same area a few times because of growth cycles. I did not, however, find it helpful until I found the electrologist I'm now seeing. They seem to be much like physicians, etc. -- they're only as good as the individual you see. I had electrolysis in the past that was a waste of time, pain, and money, because the person wasn't doing it right. See if you can find an electrologists' association and ask questions about who's licensed, who's had experience with PCOS, etc. Laser might be more a sure thing because it probably doesn't vary person to person as much, depending on how well the person uses the technology or how good the equipment they've got is. But it is definitely more expensive (I think). If by chance you're in the Toronto area, I can give you the name of the person I go to.
