At the wellness center I exercise at there is absolutely no kind of body shame. There are women from their 20's to 80's and from under a hundred to around 400 pounds in the class. I also like to go early or stay late and just move around weightless in the water, it feels so good to just float around and take the weight off your joints. Tracy
