ok to me (with my situation in mind) this doesn't really sound THAT abnormal. if you haven't had a period in awhile, it is natural for you the have an extended heavy clotty period. you are shedding all that nasty uterine lining that has built up since your last period. i wouldn't worry TOO much, still, if it lasts much longer, i would go see a doc.

ok, you are bleeding alot. are you eating enough iron and potassium? when i have a heavy period, i eat more red meat and even though it is horrible for MY blood sugar, i even eat a banana every few days. try this...i hope it helps love, paula
