Hi ladies:
Gotta say, me too! I have had this problem (plantar fasciitis) for a
long time but was too embarrassed to go to the doctor about it. I just
thought they'd say it was because of my weight. (Gee how many of us
have avoided getting treatment for various problems because of that?
Arggghhh!)
I did a search on the internet and found lots of sites that deal with
this problem. I think the stretching I am doing is working.
Sonnet--what kind of heel cups do you have? Can you get them over the
counter or are they something your doc gave to you?
Thanks--
:-)
