This may not be helpful, but they thought I had a dilated fallopian tube-the ultrasound was not conclusive so after 3 months of varying degrees of pain I had laparoscopic surgery and they discovered a large dermoid cyst, which they removed. They waited for me to go through some cycles to see if it would resolve itself before surgery. good luck and I imagine your pain will turn out to be something simpler and easier to resolve but I thought it might be helpful to know some of the possibilities ,however remote.
