Choline is, like Inositol, a part of the B vitamin family. It basically
does the same thing that Inositol does but it's just a different type of
vitamin. I have taken them together for about 2 years now and my body
has adjusted so they don't work for me now but they did work wonders for
me at first. All I can tell you about it though is it won't hurt you to
try it. Hope this helped!
