Hi Andie :)

I too, have SUCH an addiction to chocolate. What finally worked for me was a low carb diet a la Carb Addicts, which ionvolved being really good and eating nothing but meat or veggies all day, but giving myself a 'reward' meal at night. if I wanted to eat a whole container of chocolate ice cream for dinner, I did. Actually, I DID do that once, and I still lost weight that day. It helps a lot, because when you REALLY want choccy during the day, you can sort of hold yourself off for a few hours, then eat enough to satisfy yourself at dinner. This way it's not like you can never have chocolate again. I am currently off all kinds of sugar and chocolate completely - something I never thought would happen, and that diet is what made it possible for me. Best of luck with everything!! We all know how it is to hate the way you look. remind yourself that you look this way because you have a disease, and go about getting better. Let me know how you do!
