Thank you for your direct letter. I too suffer from IBS and have had problems digesting the high protein/low carb diet. I also have meds (Levbid, prescription Tagamet) that help a lot. I have only been on Met for 3 weeks now and am having horrible stomach cramping and diarrhea. No answers here...but if you figure it out, let me know!
