Hi Gayle,

I wasn't aware there there was any formal link between anything about PCOS and Vitamin B metabolism, but I can tell you that a few years ago I tested positive for B12 deficiency. Since then, I've been taking both a B complex and a sublingual B12 daily (though I sometimes forget one or the other or both), and I no longer have abnormal test results.
