Hi, I understand what you mean about sugar. I earlier in the week about the plan I'm following. I do eat fruit with moderation and always with a protein. I eat 2 servings a day. Example: Breakfast I eat eggs w/cheese and 6 strawberries. Afternoon snack I eat a medium size peach w/a string cheese. I can't live without something sweet. I've been doing this for about 9 days now and I've lost 7 to 8 lbs. I am not craving sweets too much. Look for my previous post. I follow a plan that says 15grams of carbs per main meal and 7.5 grams per snack. So this morning I was craving bread, so I bought a bacon and egg bagel and took off the bigger side of the bagel and thru it away and ate an open faced bagel sandwich. According to my book 1/2 a bagel is ~15grams of carbs.

Good luck,
