My doctors from Mt. Sinai hospital in NYC told me that aldactone only affects the levels of testosterone at the cellular level, that is --in your hair and skin cells. So they believe that it shouldn't affect the hormones in your urine and bloodwork. However, I am personally suspect of this myself. It seems you'll have to just do what you think is best.
