Hi -- can you be more specific about what you mean by "no sugar." I too tried cutting sugar entirely out of my diet for 4 weeks and lost a pile of weight (though I couldn't really afford to, being thin to begin with) and felt really terrific, once the cravings subsided. I've since fallen off the wagon with a major thud. One of the things that made it hard to stay off was the no-fruits rule. Does your no-sugar diet also eliminate all fruit?

Thanks.
