I had that problem in the beginning and I think, for me anyway, it was because I was going way overboard on not the best low-carb choices. It was so cool to "be allowed" to eat formerly "bad" foods...string cheese, hot pepper cheese, colby cheese, etc. etc. (we won't mention the pork rinds, bacon, summer sausage!), that's about all I ate until I got tired of it. Once I added a lot more veggies, things um... worked itself out. (sorry, couldn't resist)

So, maybe make sure you're getting plenty of fiber from low-carb sources. If you already are, then I'm not sure what to tell you. Anyway, hope that helps.
