I usually say "I can loose weight; unfortunately there's no cure for being an *******." BTW - I am really not trying to start a flame war here but aspartame (Nutrasweet) can be bad for some people. Also, any sweet taste sets off your insulin. I just finished reading Carb Addicts Healthy Heart book. While I am leery of formula diets it has some interesting things to say about insulin & aspartame or glutamates.
