I used to work at a customer service counter at a large store that had several of these type of boys. Customers used to complain all the time and they didnt do anything. I started handing out those customer service opinion forms that went to the corporate office and they were VERY concerned about these matters. I was told to keep it within the store because the managers had to answer to higher-ups and they didnt like it. I got SO TIRED of this juvenile crap that I started studying at night for a Real Estate license and I moved on. But that is another story. PLEASE go back there and let us know what happens.
