Hi Michelle, I am in the UK too, London infact.
I have just discovered this fantastic book on PCOS by Colette Harris and
Dr Adam Carey. Published by Thorsons and it is called PCOS. IT is
excellent, factual book with loads of info about pcos and slef managment
with diet, lifestyle etc. Definately worth a read, think it is
available on Amazon.co.uk.
I have had PCOS for 2 yrs (weel, since i was diagnosed), but i am lucky
that i am able to catch it early and try out diet and lifestyle chaneges
to help regulate my cylces etc. Don't lose hope PCOS CAN be managed.
Keep in touch
best wishes
Alex, London, UK.
