During certain points in your menstrual cycle, it is not unusual for pain originating from the ovary to radiate up your back, into your leg and just about all over. I've often experienced that myself. However, it's very hard to figure out if the pain is actually coming from your ovary since so many things can cause right side pain including appendicitis. So just observe the pain, see if it lasts more than a couple of days and see at what point in your cycle it is occuring. Try to lie down, take some tylenol and if you really feel bad please let your dr. know about it right away.
