Hi Barbara...

I know how you're feeling!! I had lost 20 lbs in 7-8 weeks and then came to an absolute stall!! I know realize that much of the initial weight loss was simply water weight. Just the past few day I've started to lose again. I have not made that many changes recently except that I've cut out the CQ10 I was taking and changed my bfast routine a bit. I was in to a routine every day of eggs, cheese & sausage for bfast....I've stirred things up a bit and now enjoy a delicious low-carb bar or cheese & and a few strawberries. Not sure why I'm losing again but it does feel good! Oh, by the way...just be patient....my "stall" lasted close to 3 weeks!! It was very frustrating at times...but I kept with it and with the exercise too!!

Good Luck!! :-) Alexis
