I have CAH too, It does lead to severe PCOS. I wont take nay steroids because of my high weight. My doctor is still doing more testing to cement the CAH diagnosis but its pretty sure right now. Some of my adrenal hormones were 7 times the norm. My DHEA was high also. You can email me if youd like. I can tell you more there. I am trying to find more info there doesnt seem to be much out there on CAH.
