Hi, I have a question for you have you been taking the herb DHEA? I was prescibed this for fibro about 3 years ago. I did not know I had pcos then, but I can tell you that within in a few months of taking it I had rapid weight gain, loss of my cycle, and my dhea blood level went from being low normal to above the normal range it's supposed to be. I had also been treated with dexamethsone about 10 years earlier and had the exact same problems. I'd be real careful about taking dex if you think you might have pcos. My feeling is that that the dex and the herb dhea add fuel to the fire of pcos, and it makes me wonder if they maybe caused the pcos. It sounds like you need to ask a lot more questions to your doc and get copies of your lab work and medical records and read them yourself, you'd be amazed at what you find out that the doc doesn't always tell you. Good luck
