I am going to jump in here. I am not aware of any researach that indicates that you can get PCOS from any other source than genetic. The research that is currently being conducted seems to indicate a strong hereditary factor.

If you have some sort of article that indicates that CAH can in fact cause PCOS in some women, I would be very interested.
