Eileen,

I have been diagnosed with PCO since 1984 and In 1997 I got the diagnosis of CAH (non-classic Congenital Adernal Hyperplasia) It very much mimics PCO in fact you can develope PCO because of it. Here is a link that might help you. I am still trying to figure it all out. It is pretty new at least the non classic form.
