I'm 15 and was just diagnosed with pcos. I've gained 30 pounds in the last 5 months and am still gaining. I'm going in for a dr.'s app. in a couple days to have an ultrasound in which I'm quite nervous about and discuss treatment. I am so frustrated and just want to know that its going to be ok. Will I ever be able to loose weight? I've read lots about weight gain with this, but I havent heard anything about it getting better after treatment, does it? I already eat low carb and work out. Is the ultrasound anything to be nervous about? I just want this thing to be over with. Will I ever be energetic again? Its comforting knowing that I'm not the only one out there going through this, but it's still just so depressing and frustrating.
