Kay, I agree with you. Although as a teen I must say I ate quite a bit of junk food, once I got into my late teens to early 20's I stopped doing that. I did not start to get "big" until I was 22. If what he is saying is correct, then there should be more than 10 - 20 percent of women would have this problem. Quite honestly, most of my friends when I was a teen had even worse eating habits than I did. And they all have had no problem conceiving, and are all (the ones I have seen) are slim.

HI, Has anyone tried the method suggested in this article? The doctor says you should use 15-20 mg of progesterone cream daily from day 14-28 of your cycle (natural progestone). Does it work? Has anyone seen relief from their symptoms by doing this. He also says it should be done in conjunction with low carb diet and exercise.
