I started low carbing this week. It has been two days and for the most part it is ok. Except there are times when I really crave something sweet. Probably doesn't help that I started my period this morning. One very positive effect is that I usually swell up this time of the month. However, I noticed this afternoon that my ankles are not a bit swollen. I have been drinking even more water than normal since that post that listed the benefits of water. And I also read that when low carbing you should drink more to keep the system flushed out. Any ideas on how to satisfy the cravings without going overboard on the carbs? Beth
