Most of them come with some sort of directions for use. Whatever you
do, DON'T STOP using it if you become pg...a sudden stop like that can
cause miscarriage. You might find some really specific direction in Dr.
John Lee's book "What Your Dr. Never Told You about Pre-menopause". I
haven't read it, but he is the king of progesterone cream use if you ask
me! The store owner may or may not know. A pharmacist who deals with a
lot of natural remedies may also know.
