Hi Terri!!

Quite awhile ago there were many posts on migraines. Not sure if they are directly linked to PCOS but I somewhat have the feeling the they are.....in some strange way. I'm thinking it has something to do with the insulin connection. I am on Rx for my migraines but haven't had to take any for the last 2 months...since I started low-carbing & taking supplements!! Thanks goodness....I also know how incredibly horrible they can be! :-) Alexis
