I've been "chubby" since I was about 8 years old (I'm 36 now). During my high school years, I went up a clothing size every year, it seems like. When I was in college, I managed to lose quite a bit of weight after I was diagnosed as being diabetic (wrong--I'm insulin resistant, as most of us PCOS'ers are). I've been about the same size, bouncing up and down within a 25-pound weight range for the last ten years. I have had a couple of instances where I would lose or gain up to ten pounds in one week since Jan.2000 .
